Story

Brompton staff and their families know first-hand the impact that pancreatic cancer can cause. It’s tough to diagnose, hard to treat and even tougher to survive. That's why Brompton joined forces with Pancreatic Cancer UK for the Prudential Ride London this year.

General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic with thousands of fundraising events being cancelled and leaving charities like PCUK struggling to maintain services.

To help raise awareness and funds to support the amazing work PCUK do for cancer patients and their families we’re asking the fantastic Brompton community to take part in Brompton’s Unfold/Fold Challenge.

How to get involved:

The challenge is to unfold and fold your Brompton in under 26 seconds.

- Record your attempt at the 26 second unfold/fold challenge

- Donate £5 to @PancreaticCanUK and a further £1 for every second over the 26 second completion target.

- Nominate 3 friends to have a go!

- Share it using @BromptonBicycle and #TwoPointSixChallenge

We'd love everybody with a Brompton to get involved by having a go at this activity. Support the cause outside the UK by doing all the above then donating to your chosen charity!

Challenge. Donate. Nominate.

It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.
