Running the London Marathon for Anthony Nolan

London Marathon 2022 · 2 October 2022 ·
On 2nd October 2022 I will be running in the London Marathon to raise money for Anthony Nolan, a charity very close to my heart….
I have been inspired to take on this challenge by an incredible young man; Rian Harvey. Rian was diagnosed at 14 with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, he relapsed at 15, and received his lifesaving bone marrow transplant at 16. I’m running for Rian’s donor too, and all the donors who selflessly save the lives of others - Thank you
This will be an emotional and humbling 26.2 miles: a very, very small gift for my deep and lifelong gratitude to Anthony Nolan, all the donors out there and our NHS. Every day, Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. They do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. They also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond.
Please support this amazing charity by sponsoring me to run the Marathon, Thank you ♥️
