We deliver outstanding care to children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire.

Story

In October 2021, myself and two friends Liam Smith and Matthew Rushworth will be completing a Coast to Coast bike ride to raise money for the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice. The 159 mile, 3 day challenge will start from St Bees (North West Cumbrian coast), through the Lake District and Pennine Hills, all the way to Robin Hood’s Bay on the East coast of Yorkshire.

We have chosen the Forget Me Not charity as it had cared for my cousin, Jake Booth (age 6), who was diagnosed with Batten Disease, before sadly passing away in 2013. The Forget Me Not Hospice did an amazing job in supporting his family, and letting Jake’s legacy live on.

Forget Me Not delivers outstanding care to children with life shortening conditions and their families. Our care is 24/7, delivered not only in our hospice building but also in families’ own homes. Our mission is simple – we are here to say yes to children and families.
