<p><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">We have successfully completed the <span style="color: #0000ff;"> </span><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><strong><span style="color: blue; mso-ansi-language: EN;">3 Peaks Challenge </span></strong><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;">which involved climbing the highest peaks in 3 Countries consecutively.</span> </span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;">We completed this journey in <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">23 hours and 20 minutes.</span></strong></span><strong></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">We climbed these three mountains in a non stop journey starting at </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Pen-Y-Pass car park at Snowdon and finishing on top of Ben Nevis.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">During this challenge we covered 25 miles on foot, 500 miles journey distance and total ascent of 2960 metres, all the team finished safely a little sore but well worth it.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">On each of these summits we have left a Hounds For Heroes Dog Tag as a mark of our achievement and also as a token of our respect to the work this charity does for so many.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
