On the 21st of November, John Bruce along with family and friends will be attempting a fun triathlon -  a 10km run followed by a 20 mile cycle  and a 30 lengths swim just to finish everybody off ! Its a 10- 20- 30 to celebrate a certain birthday and all funds raised from this event will be split between Kayleigh's Wee Stars & Befriend a Child charities although we can only show one logo and charity on this page..  Thank you for your support it is very much appreciated.
