Myself and Ailidh are taking part in the Mighty Stride at this years Aberdeen Kiltwalk, fundraising for the Living Well Project. They run Cafés in Aberdeen offering a welcoming, safe place for people living with dementia and their carers.

They also have a befriending Service supporting those lonely and isolated in our communities.
