I'm raising money for Peace Direct a  small UK charity  which works towards helping peacebuilding organisations, promotes peacebuliding initiatives and helps us learn about  effective peacemaking methods and thus helps create a more peaceful world.

I've taken on a big challenge by entering  the ironman distance triathlon which finishes with  a marathon run ie 26.2 miles but only after having swum 2.4 miles and then cycled 112miles.
