I have Muscular Dystrophy. My sister lost her battle with the condition in 2014. Despite  continuing to campaign, in her memory, for better coordinated care and access to vital services and equipment, I was in denial of Muscular Dystrophy's impact on my own muscles until now.

Walking 500 miles in 365 days is a massive challenge for my muscles but one worth counting down step by step in support of thousands whose muscles cannot move.
