Whilst I'm isolating, I can't offer my Childline volunteer counsellor shifts. I'll be baking and aiming to raise £260 for Childline to keep doing their amazing work. 

Everything baked will be donated to Help Lewisham Hospital - a volunteer organisation support Lewisham NHS staff during the pandemic. 

(I do not have symptoms and have not in the last 14 days - and haven't left my house. I also will be using food safe gloves throughout so everything will be made safely.)

Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income.This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
