Thank you very much for taking the time to visit this fundraising page, receiving donations for Arthritis Research UK in memory of Bryn who passed away recently.

Bryn led a full and active life - he was dedicated to his family, travelled widely, worked hard and drew pleasure from helping to facilitate the enjoyment of others.  He was a highly respected licensee in Southampton, loved staging live music and fulfilled his simple, yet highly effective aim of creating a fantastic atmosphere in which people could socialise and have fun.

Bryn suffered from the debilitating pain and discomfort of arthritis for many years, although he rarely let it affect his work and strove not to let it spoil his enjoyment of family and friends.  The fact that it also affects his wife, close family members and several friends further motivated Bryn's resolve to help find solutions to the relentless cycle of pain for himself and those he loved. 

Arthritis Research UK "invest in breakthrough treatments, the best information and vital support for everyone affected by arthritis"  They believe that "by harnessing the power of exceptional science we can overcome the pain, isolation and fatigue arthritis causes making life better for all people with arthritis in the UK". 

Your donations will go towards helping fund research into the causes and treatments of arthritis as well as helping to support the care structure necessary to relieve the misery of chronic pain.  On behalf of Bryn's family, and in his loving memory, thank you very much for your donation.
