On 2nd April 2023 I will be taking part in London Landmarks Half Marathon on behalf of Lewis Manning Hospice and hoping to raise a target of £350 

Lewis Manning Hospice are currently providing me with bereavement counselling and have been for the past few months, after dealing with a traumatic family bereavement in June 2022. 

Running has genuinely saved me these past 6 months. I am hoping to raise awareness around how important it is to seek help when needed and the mental health benefits of getting outdoors, as both have had a huge positive impact on my life. 

Although I run regularly, I have never ran further than 10k in one go, so this is a challenge for me!
