Losing a parent is such a difficult thing to come to terms with. Grief can be all encompassing. I think back to what an incredible man my Dad was, and how he was so positive even in the most challenging of situations. He was such a generous person, with both his time and his money- and I wish to do the same. 

My Dad was fortunate enough to overcome Prostate Cancer, and he lived his life to the full, however we lost him to a tragic accident in September 2017. Every year I'm challenging myself to do something new, to fundraise for a charity that gave him so much hope and support when he needed it most.
