The year of Sadaqah Jariya!
Are you aware that when a person dies, all of their deeds end except the following three:
Sadaqah Jariya is a Continuous Charity!
Due to the (unfortunate) pandemic many of us around the world have lost friends and family, some of whom we were not able to say our goodbyes to. We are now left looking for ways to benefit the lives of those that have passed (as well as our own) from this temporary world!
What is Sadaqah Jariya?
Sadqatul-jariyah is ongoing charity (continuous rewards) that will not only benefit us in this life, but will continue to benefit us after our death. Sadaqa is an act of charity in the moment, like giving someone food to eat. However Sadaqah Jariya will continue to benefit a person for many generations. Acts of this could include, building a well, a masjid or sponsoring an orphan.
Why A Masjid?
A masjid would not only offer a place of worship to many, but also allow Islamic learning (The Quran, Islam and its teachings etc). The best part is this will not be for a limited time, once a Masjid is in place it will cater for many years and generations to come (Inshallah)!
Where Will The Masjid Be Built?
This particular project will be for the development of a Medium sized Masjid in a developing region of Pakistan.
How Big Will The Masjid Be?
The mosque will be big enough to accommodate 100 to 150 people at one time.
