Story

Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me. If anyone wishes to make a final donation the page will be open till the end of April.

wow not much to go to £1000 now thanks abody just updated offline donations.

Thank you so much everyone your generosity is amazing. I still have to update off line donations but would love to raise £1000. The folks at Epilepsy Scotland are so nice and helpful really want to bless them.

First blue now purple and I've been to Aberdeen, Buckie with blue hair and now home feeling so tired but so grateful for the generous and kind support of all of u. My hair is not bright colour what I wanted to really go for it but what today has taught me is that people care!

Todays the day!

Thank you everyone who has donated so far. Today we met another family badly affected by Epilepsy and put them in touch with resources of Epilepsy Scotland. For many folks just having someone who understands and can share is half the battle. Feeling slightly apprehensive as tom approaches but my red face going along with my purple hair is all worth it to help others who live every day with epilepsy.

overwhelmed by love and support. Yesterday was a challenging day as we went swimming and Ethan became excited he had seizure after seizure. He is the one who makes me not worry about what others think as he is so wonderful and charming people fall in love with him wherever he goes!

Nearly Half way Whooooohooooo thank u!

A third of the way there thank u thank u thank u.

We love you, you are gorgeous now give us your money!!!! :-)

Epilepsy is something that affects a lot of people and it is not just about lying down and shaking there are so many different types of seizures and they are not very nice.  Ethan James Stewart was born on 16th August 2008 with several rare conditions, one of them Sturge Weber Malformation, causes him to have lots of seizures.  His name means strong and He is.  Despite seizing every day at the moment and suffering some horrible effects of this, he is a little sunbeam who keeps going and brings so much joy to our lives.

Epilepsy Scotland have brilliant resources and have helped us as a family and help so many people.  I have decided that on Purple day for Epilepsy which is Tuesday the 26th March, I will dye my hair bright purple to raise some money to help people affected by Epilepsy. This is a huuuuuggggeee thing for me so please please sponsor me.

Thank you thank you thank you

Psalm 139 13-16 The Message

"Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out you formed me in my mother’s womb.  I thank you, High God—you’re breathtaking! Body and soul, I am marvelously made! I worship in adoration—what a creation! You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my bone.  You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something .Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth; all the stages of my life were spread out before you,The days of my life all prepared before I’d even lived one day."
