Bupa staff are taking part in the 4th edition of The Manchester 24 Hour Run Against Homelessness. Run / Walk 5K to help us raise a grand total of £5000 for A Bed Every Night. 

Taking part from midday Wednesday 16th November to midday Thursday 17th November.

There's two ways to take part, just pick whichever suits you. 

In-person relay

To take part in the in-person relay, all you have to do is turn up to our starting venue, 53two, at any time during the 24 Hours and join the next group that heads off around the 5km lap. Laps will start roughly every 30 minutes, and you will always have at least 2 run leaders from Run Wild Manchester to navigate. It really is that simple!

Virtual run/walk

If you are unable to join us for the run in Manchester, you can still take part by running or walking wherever you are in the world, and adding your distance to our total on our website.
