Hi everyone, Shelly Heap (Lowerhouse Cricket Club) Justine Louise Lorriman (Royal Dyche), Liam Kilbride (LPK Facilities Management),  Kev Riley (Kev Riley Entertainments) have all come together to help raise money for EAST LANCASHIRE HOSPITALS NHS TRUST for all the amazing work they are doing during the Covid-19 crisis.

We are running a BURNLEY’S GOT TALENT where we have donated £50 each, so there is a whopping £200 up for grabs for the winner!! As well as the opportunity to perform live on stage at Burnley Live. There is also a prize for two runners up in the competition, both having the chance to perform their act at The Survival Lockdown Festival on Saturday 28th November.

HOW IS IT GOING TO WORK?

Every contestant, no matter what age, what talent, or where you are from - ANYONE can enter! However there is an entry fee of £5 which can be donating on this JustGiving page that goes straight to the charity.

HOW IS IT JUDGED?

So the videos are uploaded on a Saturday night into our Burnley’s Got Talent Facebook group - starting on Saturday April 25th - you will have until the following Tuesday at 8pm to get as many ‘likes’ as you can on them videos! The videos with the most likes will then go through to the next round! These videos must be new and created during the lockdown, if you succeed you must make a new video for every round. Only the ‘likes’ on the video posted inside our Facebook group will be counted but feel free to share the video outside of the group.

HOW MANY ROUNDS?

So 40 will go through to the Quarter Finals,, then the next round will be the Semi Finals with 20 acts and 5 acts will then go through to the final for the winner to be announced!

People watching can also donate via this Just Giving page, hopefully enjoying the entertainment provided from everyone taking part can encourage more people to donate!
