How many non stop burpees can I do in 10minutes?? 50? 100? 150?

🤮 I feel sick just thinking about it.

On Wednesday I (along with my amazing Cornwall Het Your Fix Beach Fit crew) take on this mighty challenge to raise much-needed funds for mini warrior queen Bibi. She needs life-saving treatment to help her beat childhood cancer. She’s five and her and her family have been through hell and back. 💔

Donations are paid into Solving Kids' Cancer’s general funds for our charitable activities. We help families affected by neuroblastoma through the provision of support and information; as well as investing in research and advocating for access to better treatment
