Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. Stephen passed from a ischemic heart condition and if it was made known to him then he maybe still with us today through surgery and a range of treatments. To pass at the age of 30 is just tragic. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Stephen was a fantastic dad, brother & son. He left behind 2 beautiful children, a loving family and a big circle of friends and even though he is always in conversation, he is still sadly missed. He was a great friend to not only me but many others & if you needed him, he was always there. Winding people up on a daily basis was his way, but no matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t Get him back!! Haha.......My challenge is a 69 mile ultramarathon from Carlisle to Newcastle on June the 15th, 6 days before Stephens 5th memory. I’m putting my sausage toes to the test here but it’s Yous who are making the difference by donating, I’m just getting the blisters.  Any donations are greatly appreciated & every penny raised is going to the charity.
