Story

Forget Me Not delivers outstanding care to children with life shortening conditions and their families. Our care is 24/7, delivered not only in our hospice building but also in families’ own homes. Our mission is simple – we are here to say yes to children and families.

Forget Me Not Children's Hospice is thrilled to announce we’re opening Grace's Place to support children across North Manchester who have life-shortening conditions.

Thanks to the incredible hard work and commitment of local supporters, Grace’s Place has a building. But it can’t open without any clinical staff! So we need to recruit some nurses right away.

As soon as we have our nurses, we can begin providing our Hospice at Home service – bringing clinical care, counselling, therapies and practical support to children and families in their homes. We’ll continue fundraising, so we’ll be caring for children within the building itself as soon as possible.

Please donate today and let’s get Grace’s Place off to a flying start!
