BVCFC 2018 Charity Event · 22 April 2018

The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, we're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

After two amazingly successful years of running our 'Brentwood v Cancer' events and raising over £21,000 in just two events, this year on April 22nd, BVCFC (Brentwood v Cancer FC) will be playing at Billericay Town's AGP Arena against a select XI. Doors at 2PM, KO at 3PM.

TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR.

I started this event two years ago after my younger brother was diagnosed with cancer aged 17. We are so lucky to be able to say that he has since recovered, however this is through the amazing work and support that companies such as Macmillan have been able to offer my brother and my family.

We have had a whirlwind couple of years, from putting in a serious amount of hours to raise a great amount of money, to BVCFC being able to play at The Emirates, film with Arsenal, go to Soccer AM etc etc. We want to go out with a bang and will hopefully have the incredible support we have received over the past few years behind us one last time.

The select XI we are playing against includes some local friends, Hashtag United players and perhaps an ex-West Ham player or two may also pop up.

As for raffle and auction prizes, we have signed Jesse Lingered boots, signed football from the Chelsea team, three course meal for 2 people worth £300, two pairs of boots each worth £250-280, WWE Smackdown Live tickets, Soccer am tickets etc etc.

Tickets once again will be £3 minimum donation per person and are available on the door. Please message myself on Instagram or Twitter for tickets or further info (both @joe_hale).

We have set an initial target of £3,325. If we achieve this then we will have broken the £25,000 mark.

Your support these past few years has been incredible, and we look forward to having one final amazing event!

Many thanks all

Joe
