WELL THINGS ARE ABOUT TO CHANGE!!!

it's now all official and confirmed me and Samantha WILL be running in this years GREAT NORTH RUN.
I will be running for #PARKINSONSUK as my granddad passed away due to this horrible illness, i watched a man who was my best friend and my rock a strong man, a man that worked with his hands, reduced to nothing! To many great people have suffered because of this horrible debilitating disease... its time we start fighting back!!!!
