'Along Your Street' Art Exhibition at Byard Art, Cambridge

'Along Your Street' Art Exhibition · 30 May 2019
Every year independent contemporary art gallery Byard Art holds a charitable exhibition to help raise money for a worthy cause. This year we have chosen to support Alzheimer’s Research UK, a charity close to our heart and several of our artists.
Byard Art is proud of its home in Cambridge being located directly opposite King's College Chapel in centre of the city.
Throughout June Byard hosts its annual exhibition of works inspired by Cambridge, this year, in support of Alzheimer’s Research UK.
We have set up this Just Giving page should anyone be unable to attend our exhibition but would like to support our target in reaching our £5000 for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Our Exhibition 'Along Your Street' features 14 of the gallery’s artists who depict Cambridge scenes using a fascinating assortment of media and techniques. The selected works in this exhibition interpret natural sights, architecture and scenes of everyday goings on which have been brought together to paint a rich tapestry of life as we know it in this historic city
Additionally, this exhibition will feature 19 ink and watercolour paintings by Rob Howard, a local artist who has lived in Cambridge for most of his life. His paintings are influenced by his training as an architect and depict familiar places, colleges and their architecture in and around Cambridge. Rob Howard will be kindly donating all of his proceeds to Alzheimer’s Research UK.
The collection of work in this exhibition offers a wide variety of choice in style and budget. 10% of all sales* made during this exhibition ‘Along your Street’ from 30 May – 30 June will be donated to Alzheimer’s Research UK. *not inc Jewellery and sculpture.
We'd love your help in reaching or exceeding our target for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
