We are taking part in the Ipswich Sleep Out 2022! 

Sleep Out is an annual fundraising event organised by The Benjamin Foundation, a local young peoples charity which prevents youth homelessness by providing a safe home and support to almost 200 young people in Norfolk and Suffolk each night, and helping them to take their next steps to leading successful independent lives. We'll be spending one night sleeping outside so young people don't have to. 

By making a donation to our Sleep Out challenge, you can help to support young people across Norfolk and Suffolk to gain the skills and experience they need to become more independent and to finally feel hopeful of a better future.

£10 could pay for a welcome pack of essentials

£40 could pay for an hour of one-to-one practical support

£180 could pay for six sessions of emotional wellbeing support

£1,000 could pay for household essentials to help five young people live independently
