I'm supporting this amazing appeal because MND is a devastating disease taking too many too soon. I want to support this project to build a centre in Leeds to support  MND sufferers and their families.

A group of us are undertaking "The Frostbite Challenge", 12 open water swims before the end of February in an attempt to raise some funds.
