Hi, my name is Nathaniel and I am 6 years old. When I was 3, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Life can be pretty tough sometimes but I take it in my stride and I don't let my condition stop me from doing anything! 

For the past year, I have received lots and lots of support from Joanne and her team of kind volunteers from Sunflowers Children's Action Group. I wanted to say 'thank you' so I decided to try and raise some money so that they can carrying on helping all the kids like me who need support. I have set myself a triple challenge which I will complete during October half term. I will complete a mental challenge by completing a 50 word spelling test, a physical distance running challenge and a creative challenge where I will make hedgehog boxes. I am very worried about our declining hedgehog numbers.
