On Saturday July 13th 2019 I'll be setting off with my two brothers, Ian and Daniel Trembirth on a 100km trek around the Peak District to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation in memory of our father, Tony, who passed away in March 2004 at the age of 54.

He would have been 70 this year.

Everyone who knew Dad knew him as someone who loved his football, loved his running and loved his family. To lose him at such an early age was a massive shock to everyone who knew him and the three of us wanted to do something to remember him by and help try and stop others from going through the same thing.
