Living after a stroke is not an easy task to do especially if there is a permanent effect and there will be a permanent effect. The important part here is to accept it and try to live the life the best. 

There are a few stroke survivors in my family as well and the help they require until they can manage themselves is enormous. When I think all of these efforts to maintain even simple tasks in daily life, the cause that I am supporting makes more sense. Some people will recover quickly than others but all need help up to one point and some of them will need at the rest of their lives. 

So let's help them to live their lives as easy as possible.

For that purpose we have joined the cost to cost 4x4 fundraising adventure in the aid of The Stroke Association. It is a 3 day navigation and off road challenge all the way from Norfolk to Wales by using the green lanes only. We will be camping along the way to Wales and try to finish it on time.
