Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge · 7 July 2018

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the leading charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

On Saturday 7th July, the C2events team will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge in aid of the Stroke Association. Our whole team of 18 people will be involved in the day whether it be walking the route, offering assistance at check points or driving the minibus.

The Three Peaks route is 24 miles (38.6km) long and included 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. The challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, in this order and in under 12 hours.

As a team we have chosen the Stroke Association as our charity. Millions of people are affected by Strokes every year and in recent months this has become even more apparent to us. We are hoping to raise £1000.00 for this very worthy cause allowing them to continue their amazing work.

Any donation will be gratefully accepted and we will be posting updates along to the way.

Thank you,

The C2events Team x
