Hi, my name is Daria, and I’ve signed up to take on the UK Kilimanjaro 2027 Student Challenge, starting on Thursday 26 August 2027.

I’ll be taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa at 5,895 metres, while raising money for Amnesty International UK.

I chose to support Amnesty International UK because I believe strongly in human rights. Your donations will help Amnesty expose human rights abuses in the UK and around the world and campaign for freedom and justice.

Amnesty International UK works on a wide range of issues, including women’s rights, refugee rights, the human rights impact of climate change, and supporting individuals whose rights have been violated.

My fundraising target is £4,970, and I’ll be fundraising throughout the year as I prepare for the challenge. Every contribution is welcome — big or small, it all adds up and helps Amnesty challenge unjust laws, campaign for those wrongly imprisoned and expose injustice.

Thank you so much for supporting me and my challenge! 🏔️
