NATIONAL THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE · 30 September 2022

The Elizabeth Foundation is a Family Centre with baby, toddler and pre-school sessions for deaf children and their families. We follow the 'Multi Sensory Oral Approach', to develop speech, language and listening skills by using all of the child's senses in a natural, fun, child-centred environment.

Story

This year we will be taking part in the National Three Peaks challenge in a bid to raise funds for the Elizabeth Foundation. The challenge takes on the 3 highest mountains in the UK; Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - aiming to summit all 3 peaks in 24 hours.

The Elizabeth Foundation is a charity helping young children born with deafness to develop listening skills, natural speech, self-esteem and confidence - on a more personal level, the charity was instrumental in the support of Caela's sister a few years ago.

We are raising money to ensure that other small children like Millie have the same support and encouragement that has been provided to our family over the years & help this wonderful charity continue the work they're doing!
