Other than a little bit of running 20+ years ago, the school 1500 metre race and a "dads and lads race" for my son 9 years ago, I'm unfit and ill-prepared. But as a friend of mine said recently, it'll be tough, but what's worth having that it isn't hard work anyway.

HHCP is a great charity, and very proactive. They work to ensure those at risk of homelessness are supported before they hit crisis point. I recently made a film for them and wanted to do more to help. I'd be so grateful if you would help me raise funds for them by sponsoring my run.
