After the horrible news the last few months have been tough for my Grandparents and our family as a whole. I beleive that our family are strong and and Grandad will get through this especially with my Gran by his side, as a cancer surviver herself. 

You would never guess with the smiles on both their faces what they have to go through. I can speak for the whole family here by saying you are both amazing and our best role models in life. 

So taking part in this event is the least I can do to help this amazing charity. Without these kind of charities, medicine and breakthroughs wouldn't be so far ahead so urge anyone to take part and help in any way they can. 

Although i may actually break something doing this challenge lol, I'm hoping wee me can do well on the day haha. After showing my grandparents the videos from last year's tough mudder in my grans words "ohh Caitlin you've took on challenge there" I just keep thinking it's not even half of what Grandad will have to go through so I will need to train as much as I can and do this for them!

You never think cancer can happen to you, but with our closest family members having gone/going through this I know too well it can. 

Let's beat this!
