Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am zip-lining from the Baltic on Newcastle's Quayside to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. Last October I did my first bit of fundraising and raised over £700 by zip lining from the Tyne bridge, immediately after I knew that I wanted to do it again. The Zipline will take place on 27th October 2017 starting at 6:00, I will be raising money online and offline, if you would like to donate offline contact me directly by email or phone. I have also set up JustTextGiving, simply text ' ZIPL59 £5' to 70070 to donate £5 to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

In May 2016, My best friend Millie was diagnosed with lymphoblastic lymphoma, a rare type of blood cancer. This meant she had to go through two years of chemotherapy. The first six months were intense for her and her family but she bravely fought through and now is undergoing a much more relaxed course. Millie suffered so much through her intensive treatment but still managed to smile and make everyone she spoke to laugh, she is my inspiration and I cannot wait until she finishes all of her treatment once and for all. Many of Millie's family and friends have raised money for TCT by fundraising so that other teenagers going through the same experiences can overcome this horrible disease.

You could donate £1 or even £100 it doesn't matter, what matters is that word gets out about the support TCT offer for teenagers all over the UK so they can offer help to anyone going through this battle. Please donate and share this page to help. Thank you!
