This Summer, I've been training to complete the National Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Carlisle Mencap. 

Carlisle Mencap works with children and adults with learning disabilities, providing a range of opportunities from social activities to residential care. This care supports families across Cumbria, and gives them the freedom to create amazing memories and enjoy the everyday. 

With the impact of COVID-19 following government funding cuts, charities such as this one desperately need help in raising money to continue their invaluable work for the community.
