In the month of August I've randomly decided to run 5km everyday, for some this might not seem much, but I am certainly not a runner. I felt inspired to do this as I've just started getting into running & I just feel good after, with the weird times we're all currently living in I think anything that can help us feel more positive should be championed.
With this I have also felt inspired to create this page because I want to make a difference to other people. I'm inspired by the work of Mind & other mental health charities and wanted to support them by raising some £££ or awareness in general.
There's no pressure to donate, perhaps a share or like or even better if you're feeling inspired exercise is a great way to improve our mental well being, I'd love to inspire someone to get moving.
