It's that time of year again! As part of the DARED Challenge 2021, I am running 5K or more every day in June. The extra fun part this year is that, unlike last year, I reckon my legs will probably get sore much more quickly!

The event is organised by Circle, a charity based in Edinburgh which provides support to families across Scotland. Crazy as it seems to be saying this again, a year on, we are still in unprecedented times and their work is thus as important as ever.
