Lanfranco Gaglione took his own life in 2012. His death was a tragedy. He managed to touch the lives of so many that knew him with his vitality and infectious enthusiasm. He made time for everyone that he met and always put others’ needs before his own. Lan’s death in February of 2012 was a shock and he’s been sorely missed ever since. In memory of The Legend we want to raise money and awareness for the cause CALM promotes. So, for a third year running we’ll be doing 10k at Regent’s Park, this time 7th September 2014. We warmly welcome anyone who wishes to join us, whether in the race itself, or through offering support. Please donate as much as you can to this very worthwhile cause. It would be great to smash last year's Team total of over £2,300!

Suicide is currently the single biggest killer in the UK among men under 35.
