Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2025 · 14 September 2025 ·

CRVS (Community Resilience Volunteer Service) is a voluntary organisation operating across the whole of Scotland, to provide teams of trained volunteers in a resilience / emergency response capacity.

Story

This year, we are taking part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2025 – Mighty Stride to raise vital funds for the Community Resilience Volunteer Service (CRVS).

CRVS is a team of dedicated volunteers who step up in times of crisis to support communities across Scotland. From first aid and welfare to logistics, search & rescue, food distribution, and event support, CRVS is there when people need it most.

Callum is proud to serve as a volunteer with CRVS, where I lead on First Aid and also responds as a First Responder (Call Sign: Alpha9). He has seen firsthand the impact this organisation has when communities are faced with emergencies. While Steven is a proud supporter of the charity. Every penny raised helps us train more volunteers, buy essential equipment, and keep this service running when it matters most.

The Kiltwalk is no small challenge, but we’ll be giving it our all to support a cause we care deeply about. Our fundraising target is £250, and we’d be so grateful for any donation you can make, big or small. Together, we can make sure CRVS continues to be there for communities across Scotland.

Thank you for your support; it means the world to us and to the people CRVS helps every day.
