I am a complete sofa bum these days and haven't done any regular exercise for years, however, I like a challenge!

I am donating all of my business profits to Mind UK and wanted to do a fundraiser as well hence this crazy idea of mine.

I will be doing 100 miles throughout May on my cross trainer that currently serves as a clothes horse. My skin is likely to protest and leak a substance known as sweat but it is all for a good cause.

Mental health services are extremely underfunded for both adults and children and the demand now is higher than ever with the current situation so please help me raise as much as possible - every penny counts.

I have battled with mental health myself for years and despite many more people speaking about it there is still a stigma surrounding it.
