Join us at Calm On Canning Street, a Yoga and Wellbeing hub, nestled in the West end of beautiful Edinburgh for a donation-based Yoga class to raise awareness and crucial funds for this incredible charity. Yoga is such a beneficial practise for both our mental and physical health and we can't wait to welcome you, online or in studio, to this class, every Sunday at 11am. £200 can help fund 4 trauma-informed counselling sessions, train 2 volunteers to help support 2 individuals experiencing isolation and loneliness for 6 months or purchase materials needed for 2 three month art psychotherapy courses.
