Hi - thanks for visiting.

I am raising money for the Nansato Nursery Trust. It was set up by my great friends Paula and Stuart a few years ago and you can read about the fine work they do here. I like lots of things about the nurseries but my favourite is the work and training they have provided for lots of local people.

I am aiming to get round the 13 miles in an hour and a half. I started training on Monday. It is going ok, thanks. It probably needs to go better.
