I'm attempting an Ironman triathlon on 4th June - that's a 3.9km swim, 180.2km cycle and 42.2km run back to back. It's by far the scariest sporting challenge of my life!

I've never done a sports fundraiser like this before, but as this is the big one, I'd be deeply grateful for any donations you could spare to give me a boost of motivation and help me support an amazing cause.

The IRC helps people all over the world to survive and rebuild when their lives have been devastated by natural disaster and war.
