This Sunday I'm taking on the Hemel Hempstead Hillbuster Challenge, cycling 100km up and down Chilterns lovely hills! I will be riding in support of DENS which is a local charity and is the first port of call for people in Dacorum who are facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.
