On the 18th September I am having a boxing match for charity. I have never  boxed before so I thought this might be an interesting opportunity to learn something new, get fit and do something good.

Although i am putting a lot of effort to make sure I win - it is highly likely that this event will boil down to me getting beaten up... please make the pain worth it!!
