I’m Cameron , I’m ten years old and I’ve got a rare genetic disease called Trichothiodystrophy (TTD) This makes me super perky ,very out going and full of fun ! It’s also life limiting , affecting my whole body . I fall a lot , have trouble learning and sometimes use a wheelchair. Amy and friends have changed my life , I’ve been able to meet people like me ! We get together for a big party ( they call it a conference!) once a year with all our families . 

Mum , Dad , my two sisters and me went to our first in person conference in 2021 . Meeting all the families and people like me was amazing , it was the first time I’d met anyone like me ! And the first time my family found people who understood .They are all my family now ! 

I’ve challenged my dad to run 30 Half Marathons for every day in June! That’s 393 miles !!! To help Amy and friends continue their great work helping families with Trichothiodystrophy and Cockayne syndrome. Please support me and my Daddy in this epic challenge !
