As a vet I spend every day working alongside dedicated racing staff who put in long and anti-social hours. The racing industry is highly reliant on good staff, and the issue of retaining staff in the industry is a major problem. Racing welfare do a great job supporting racing staff in a host of different ways, helping improve their quality of life.
