Dear Friends!

I'm running the Brighton Marathon for St Barnabus House in Worthing, West Sussex. St Barnabus is a hospice that helps people who are nearing the end of their lives. There are hospices all over the country who need support to keep their services going; I have chosen this one because both my husband Richards's Mum and my nan died at the hospice ( about 30 years apart). My experience is that hospice care not only helps those at the end of their lives to leave us peacefully but also saves the sanity of those left behind.There is a hospice close to you somewhere- give just a little. You never know when you might need one! Thanks!
