Story

IPSEA have been incredible to us and really helped us  to try and get Zack the best education he deservers.

Its been a very long and  hard fight with the Council and its not over yet but without IPSEA we wouldn't know where to start or what we are entitled to and we wouldn't know the law like we do because of them.

IPSEA offers free and independent legally based information, advice and support to help get the right education for children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Parents and carers are too often required to overcome barriers to secure educational support for their children, and are increasingly having to endure lengthy disputes with local authorities who are failing to deliver on their legal obligations. Support IPSEA to use the law to improve access to education for children and young people with SEND.
