Cann Hall is home to some 3000 Muslims who have up until now had to commute to neighbouring areas to be able to benefit from the services of a Masjid. No longer will we have to battle with parking restrictions, the everincreasing cost of motoring and add to traffic congestion just to get to a Masjid.
It is with the help of Allah together with the extended generosity and Du'a of all those who support the project, that we have managed to acquire the former Colegrave Arms, located at 145 Cann Hall Road, London, E11 3NJ to establish a sizeable Masjid locally and within walking distance.
Cann Hall Deen and Education Trust has a commitment to repay public loans totalling £750,000 (approx) which was accrued over time to deliver this project. The amount was used to purchase the building, cover legal fees and costs associated with the planning approvals and the expenses for the essential maintenance and building works.
This is an open invitation and an opportunity for you to contribute towards the building of a house for Allah; to establish a centre of da'wah and education, a moral social hub from which the whole society can benefit from. So please extend your generosity and contribute toward this cause. Be part of the change and make this your Sadaqah Jariyah.
"And whatever you spend in good, it is for yourselves, when you spend not except seeking Allah's Countenance. And whatever you spend in good, it will be repaid to you in full, and you shall not be wronged.'' [TMQ 2:272]
