The Capco Scotland running club have set ourselves the challenge of taking part in several running events this autumn, including the 2022 Great Scottish Run and Edinburgh Women & Men’s 10k races all for a fantastic cause, the Children 1^st charity.  

For the Great Run, our runners will tackle both the 10km and half marathon (21.1km) courses through the city centre of Glasgow and its surrounding areas.  The 10k events on the 23^rd will pass through Edinburgh’s historic city centre and surrounding landmarks. 

Our dedicated squad of twenty athletes are in full preparation mode: training schedules have been devised (and hopefully stuck to), alarm clocks set for those bleary-eyed 6am runs, hundreds of protein shakes chugged and shin splints braved as they strive to be in peak physical condition to take on these challenges and raise some much needed funds for a well-deserved cause.
